Position Summary
The Project Management and Estimating Intern will directly assist the Project Management team in ensuring
deadlines are met, project safety is upheld and in the management of various day-to-day tasks. This internship
is approximately twelve weeks but may extend past this length. The person in this position will be compensated.
Essential Functions
- Assist the Project Management team with various day-to-day tasks
- Assist with processing and distribution of RFIs, ASIs, and Change Orders
- Produce, organize, and mark-up electronic drawings to develop up-to-date as-built drawings
- Coordinate with on-site superintendents and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met
Other Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers
- Perform other duties, assignments or special projects as needed.

Education And Skills
- Pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Engineering, Construction Management, Project
Management, Business, etc.) - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional computer skills (MS office suite are minimum level required)
- Ability to learn new systems is required
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
