Upper Dublin Firehouse

The Upper Dublin Firehouse project consisted of the construction of a new 20,100 square foot firehouse including site work and adjacent off-site improvements.

Emmaus Aquatic Club

Seeking a new covered swimming facility to allow for year-round pool use, Emmaus Aquatic Club in Emmaus, PA decided upon the versatile and cost-effective design of a ClearSpan fabric structure that would provide the perfect solution for their needs. Their 95’ x 100’ Beam Building offers them a wide-open interior that comfortably houses a swimming pool, additional storage space and seating areas for guests and spectators. Its climate-sensitive fabric cladding also creates an interior that’s naturally warmer in the fall and winter, allowing classes or events to be held year-round..

Tighe Orthodontics

The Tighe Orthodontics project consisted of the construction of a new 3,000 square foot orthodontist office, including a patient care area, reception area, office space and tenant fit-out for an adjoining rental office space.

Jackson Cross Partners

The Jackson Cross Partners project consisted of office renovations to an existing 5,000 square foot facility located in King of Prussia PA. Renovations added two new conference rooms, three private offices and mechanical changes to support these areas.

Teamsters Office Building

The Teamsters Office Building project consisted of the new construction of an office building for Teamsters Local 773. The Owners, Teamsters Local 773, took advantage of a design-build opportunity to have the turnkey project completed. Skepton Construction partnered with outside design firms to coordinate the civil, architectural and MEP design for this project. The 10,000 square foot office building included private offices, conference rooms and a large meeting area supported by a kitchenette. The lower level of the building was designed to be leased out by a separate tenant.

Springfield Township Complex

The Springfield Township Complex project consisted of the general construction of a new 31,000 square foot public works building, a 22,000 square foot library and a 19,000 square foot police and administration building. Project work included demolition of existing buildings and total site work development.

Elite Sports

The Elite Sports project consisted of a transformation of a former bowling alley into a 14,000 square foot indoor sports training facility for baseball, soccer and lacrosse. The facility includes three indoor batting cages, four indoor turf fields and a party room for birthday parties and gatherings. Also included in this project was an outdoor mono-pole batting cage and exterior training fields. Skepton partnered with outside design firms for the civil, architectural and MEP designs as part of this design-build delivery.
