Cedar Crest College – Dining Commons
The Cedar Crest College dining commons project consisted of a renovation of an existing 6,000 square foot dining facility located in Tompkins Hall at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. Skepton Construction served as Construction Manager on this project. The dining facility was constructed while classes were in session in a fully occupied building. This $800,000 renovation incorporated high-end finishes including ACG wood panel ceilings, Nanawall glass folding partitions, Terrazzo floors and a European style 360-degree fireplace.
Cedar Crest College – Nursing
The Cedar Crest College nursing project consisted of a 5,600 square foot renovation, converting former tenant spaces into a cutting-edge Nursing Simulation Center and Health Assessment Lab at Cedar Crest College.
Freedom High School
The Freedom High School project was an approximately 50,000 square foot project which consisted of the construction of a one and two-story gymnasium that was located on the south side of the existing high school.
Quakertown High School
The Quakertown High School project consisted of the construction of additions to Quakertown High School, totaling approximately 25,148 square feet. The project also included approximately 273,730 square feet of alterations in the existing building. Work also included site development.
Slatington Elementary School
The Slatington Elementary project consisted of additions and renovations of approximately 107,300 square feet, including new classrooms and district offices, existing building envelope renovations and roof cutting/patching.
