We’re one of the few self-performing General Contractors working directly for the owner, overseeing subcontractors and self-performing our own work – giving us greater control over scheduling for the duration of the project.
As a self-performing contractor, we typically build 10 to 50 percent of our projects with our own forces. We employ 50 full-time, highly skilled tradesmen who are readily available to self-perform a multitude of construction tasks. Our self-performing capabilities give us greater control over scheduling for the duration of the project. Relying on our forces results in a quicker response, greater flexibility, and increased productivity – oftentime allowing us to work ahead of schedule.
